Kraken is seeking a remote onboarding specialist for a 6-month fixed-term contract to support new clients from their first touchpoint. You will handle onboarding, KYC verification, and funding inquiries via email and live chat, ensuring a smooth, compliant start for users.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in customer service, a passion for cryptocurrency, and the ability to work a 24/7 rotating schedule. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and user experience.

Formación

• 2+ years in customer service or business support delivering a 5-star experience.

Responsabilidades

• Manage client onboarding and verification, including KYC review and funding inquiries via email and live chat.
• Guide clients through document resubmission and re-verification during remediation.
• Identify and escalate potential risks or suspicious documents to the relevant teams.
• Address client questions on application status, account upgrades, and verification requirements.
• Assist clients with fiat funding and withdrawals, ensuring compliant transactions.
• Communicate marketing initiatives and regional promotions per Kraken guidelines.
• Maintain accurate client information and adhere to AML/CTF policies and QA/Risk frameworks.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to improve onboarding and support workflows.
