Job summary

Yo Ai Labs is seeking a Salesforce / HubSpot Administrator – Revenue Systems (SaaS) to support a customer project focused on CRM and revenue systems. Remote contract role.

You will audit CRM and connected platforms, resolve data inconsistencies, and document system changes. Strong CRM knowledge and English communication required; SaaS environment experience preferred.

This role emphasizes data governance and operational excellence across billing, CPQ, ticketing, and integration tools.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of hands-on CRM experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, or Dynamics 365.
• Experience leading CRM implementations, migrations, consolidations, or rollouts.
• Strong knowledge of fields, objects, flows, validation rules, automation, and permissions.
• Experience with at least two revenue or operational systems such as billing, CPQ, ticketing, or integration platforms.
• Working knowledge of SQL, APIs, data models, and cross-system data reconciliation.
• Experience working in SaaS environments.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

We are seeking experienced Salesforce / HubSpot Administrators – Revenue Systems (SaaS) to support a customer project focused on operational excellence across CRM and revenue systems.

You’ll use your CRM expertise to evaluate real-world SaaS operations, resolve data and process inconsistencies, and help improve how AI systems understand complex business workflows. No prior AI experience is required.
