Job summary

Yo Ai Labs is seeking an experienced Salesforce/HubSpot Administrator – Revenue Systems (SaaS) for a remote contractor role. You will audit CRM and revenue platforms, resolve data issues, and define governance to support billing, CPQ, and ticketing integrations.

You’ll translate complex business workflows into clear prompts, policies, and documentation, enabling AI to understand operational needs and ensure reliable system changes across CRM tools in a SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years hands‑on experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics 365, or similar CRM platforms
• Experience leading CRM implementations, migrations, consolidations, or rollouts
• Strong knowledge of fields, objects, flows, validation rules, automation, and permissions
• Experience with at least two revenue or operational systems such as billing, CPQ, ticketing, or integration platforms
• Working knowledge of SQL, APIs, data models, and cross‑system data reconciliation
• Experience working in SaaS environments

Role Type: Contractor

We are seeking experienced Salesforce / HubSpot Administrators – Revenue Systems (SaaS) to support a customer project focused on operational excellence across CRM and revenue systems.

You’ll use your CRM expertise to evaluate real‑world SaaS operations, resolve data and process inconsistencies, and help improve how AI systems understand complex business workflows. No prior AI experience is required.
