Mastercard is seeking an experienced Salesforce/HubSpot Administrator – Revenue Systems (SaaS) for a remote contractor role to optimize CRM and revenue platforms. You will audit, reconcile data, resolve inconsistencies, and shape how SaaS environments handle complex business workflows.

Strong English, SaaS experience, and CRM expertise are essential. You will document system changes, create operational prompts, and assess CRM impact on billing, CPQ, ticketing, and related tools.

Formación

• 4–6 years hands-on experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics 365, or similar CRM.
• Experience leading CRM implementations, migrations, consolidations, or rollouts.
• Strong knowledge of fields, objects, flows, validation rules, automation, and permissions.
• Experience with at least two revenue or operational systems such as billing, CPQ, ticketing, or integration platforms.
• Working knowledge of SQL, APIs, data models, and cross-system data reconciliation.
• Experience working in SaaS environments.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Audit CRM and integrated revenue systems for inconsistencies, outdated policies, duplicate records, and automation issues.
• Analyze policy conflicts and determine appropriate business rules.
• Review and reconcile data across CRM and connected platforms.
• Create clear operational prompts and documentation for complex SaaS scenarios.
• Document recommended system changes and operational decisions.
• Assess the impact of CRM changes on billing, CPQ, ticketing, and other integrated tools.
• Provide insights on CRM optimization, system design, and sustainable governance.
