Trafilea is seeking a creative designer to lead paid media design across Meta, TikTok, Google, and other channels. You will craft email marketing assets, landing pages, and funnels with strong UI/UX and responsive design.

You will collaborate with marketing, data, and product teams, maintain design systems, and push rapid testing through AI-powered tools to accelerate output while preserving brand integrity.

Formación

• Background in graphic design, visual communication, or UI/UX with 2+ years of email marketing design experience.
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, with hands-on experience building emails in an ESP like Klaviyo.
• Strong understanding of responsive email design and UI/UX for landing pages and collections.
• Ability to maintain design systems and brand guidelines across multiple touchpoints.
• Comfortable reading engagement metrics to inform design iterations.
• Experience partnering with marketing, data, and product teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the design and execution of paid media creative across Meta, TikTok, Google, and other channels.
• Create high-performing assets for acquisition initiatives (ads, landing pages, funnels) optimized for CTR and conversion.
• Define and improve creative testing frameworks and workflows for rapid iteration and volume.
• Collaborate with paid media, data, and product teams to align creative with KPIs (CTR, CPA, ROAS).
• Design conversion-focused landing pages with strong UI/UX to maximize new-customer conversion.
• Generate innovative creative concepts to improve top-of-funnel performance and lower costs.
• Ensure brand consistency across all acquisition touchpoints while adapting formats.
• Provide feedback, coaching, and direction to elevate creative output and testing velocity.
• AI-first mindset: advanced user of Gen AI models to accelerate design.
