• Coordinate Cross-Functional Teams: Work with designers, copywriters, and strategists to assign tasks and resolve roadblocks.
• Manage Workload & Resources: Assess capacity, redistribute tasks, and ensure resources meet objectives.
• Track & Report Progress: Use reports to identify at-risk tasks and keep stakeholders updated on status.
• Optimize Processes: Identify bottlenecks and implement best practices for efficient creative operations.
• Facilitate Communication: Be the main contact for internal teams and provide regular status updates.
