Workana LLC seeks a Digital Project Coordinator to plan and oversee creative campaigns in a fully remote, international setting. You will coordinate timelines, manage cross-functional teams, and optimize processes to ensure timely delivery across multiple campaigns for a US-focused marketing agency.

The role emphasizes hands-on project management, brand messaging input, and direct involvement in SEO, social, and paid media workflows.

Qualificações

• 2+ years of Creative/Marketing Project Management experience
• Proficiency with PM tools (Asana, Monday.com, Wrike, Trello)
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
• Strong communication abilities
• Working knowledge of creative processes
• Problem-solving mindset

Responsabilidades

• Create and maintain project timelines across multiple campaigns in Asana and other tools
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (designers, copywriters, marketing strategists) to assign tasks and monitor progress
• Manage workload and resources, ensuring the right people and assets are available
• Track progress and report status, flag risks, and keep stakeholders updated
• Identify workflow bottlenecks and implement process improvements
• Serve as the main touchpoint for internal teams and ensure clear, timely updates
