You’ll manage Asana-based workflows, ensure on-time delivery, and report progress to stakeholders. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in creative/marketing project management, strong communication, and organization.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of creative/marketing project management experience
• Hands-on experience with PM tools like Asana, Monday.com, Wrike or Trello
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent communication abilities
• Understanding of creative processes within marketing campaigns
• Problem-solving mindset to identify bottlenecks

Responsibilities

• Create & Maintain Project Timelines across campaigns
• Coordinate Cross-Functional Teams with designers, copywriters, and strategists
• Manage Workload & Resources by assessing capacity and reallocating tasks
• Track & Report Progress with stakeholders and reports
• Optimize Processes by identifying workflow inefficiencies
• Facilitate Communication as the main touchpoint for updates
