Mj Consultora Rh is seeking a Digital Project Coordinator for a U.S. marketing agency. This fully remote role coordinates creative campaigns and assets across multiple projects, from kickoff to delivery, with cross-functional teams.

Plan timelines, track deadlines, and ensure on-time delivery using PM tools like Asana, Monday.com, Wrike or Trello. Ideal candidates have 2+ years of creative/marketing project management experience, strong organizational skills, and excellent communication

Formación

• 2+ years in creative/marketing project management.
• Experience coordinating design, copywriting, and marketing tasks.
• Proficient with PM tools such as Asana, Monday.com, Wrike or Trello.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Create & Maintain Project Timelines: Develop and adjust project schedules in platforms like Asana, prioritizing tasks and milestones across multiple campaigns.
• Coordinate Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and marketing strategists to assign tasks, monitor progress, and resolve potential roadblocks.
• Manage Workload & Resources: Assess team capacity, redistribute tasks when necessary, and ensure the right resources are in place to meet project objectives.
• Track & Report Progress: Identify at-risk tasks using project tracking reports, elevate issues promptly, and keep stakeholders updated on project status.
• Optimize Processes: Spot inefficiencies in the workflow, recommend improvements, and implement best practices to enhance creative operations.
• Facilitate Communication: Serve as the main touchpoint for internal teams, providing clear, regular status updates and ensuring deadlines are met.
