Job summary

Impact Clients is seeking an AI Creative Strategist to own messaging, avatars, and creative angles across multiple social pages in the supplement space. This fully remote, full-time role focuses on crafting hooks, scripts, and repeatable systems that scale across dozens of pages, with direct influence on product feedback and education division playbooks.

You will work with a fast-moving team, shaping content strategy, testing aggressively, and leading creative direction without heavy SOPs,

Qualifications

From a direct-response advertising background, ideally in supplements or ecommerce.
Proven ability to produce paid creative at high volume (hundreds/thousands of assets per month).
Strong copywriting to develop hooks, angles, and concepts.
Ability to tailor messaging for diverse demographics.
Familiarity with info-product, course, or coaching businesses is a plus.

Responsibilities

Generate 10–20 new ideas, hooks, and angles daily for short-form reels.
Write and direct scripts for 30–60 second organic reels and hand to editors.
Own testing across 5–10+ Instagram and Facebook accounts with distinct audiences.
Match message to demographic precisely and avoid one-size-fits-all hooks.
Study performance data to refine avatars, hooks, formats, and topics.
Retire weak avatars and scale successful concepts across accounts.
Turn winning patterns into repeatable systems, not one-off successes.
Help build the department by mentoring future strategists and support staff.
