Job summary

There is Talent is seeking a Digital Project Coordinator for a US marketing agency. The role is fully remote from LATAM, focusing on planning and overseeing creative campaigns and assets from kickoff to delivery.

You will coordinate schedules, deadlines, and cross-functional teams, ideal for someone with at least two years in marketing project management within an agency. You’ll manage timelines, track progress, and optimize workflows while ensuring clear communication with clients and teammates

Qualifications

• 2+ years of creative/marketing project management experience
• Agency environment experience preferred
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
• Familiarity with design, copywriting, and marketing workflows
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Create & Maintain Project Timelines across multiple campaigns using tools like Asana or similar
• Coordinate Cross-Functional Teams with designers, copywriters, and strategists
• Manage Workload & Resources by assessing capacity and reallocating tasks as needed
• Track & Report Progress with regular status updates to stakeholders
• Identify bottlenecks and propose process improvements to optimize creative operations
• Facilitate clear communication as the main touchpoint for internal teams
