Anyone Ai Inc. is seeking a Digital Project Coordinator for a US marketing agency. This fully remote LATAM contractor role focuses on planning, scheduling, and overseeing creative campaigns across multiple accounts.

You will coordinate timelines, manage resources, and serve as the main contact for cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate has at least two years of agency experience in creative project management.

Qualificações

• 2+ years of experience managing creative/marketing projects, preferably in an agency environment.
• Proficiency with PM tools like Asana, Monday.com, Wrike, or Trello.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities; capable of handling multiple projects.

Responsabilidades

• Create & Maintain Project Timelines across campaigns in PM platforms.
• Coordinate Cross-Functional Teams including designers, copywriters, and strategists.
• Manage Workload & Resources by assessing capacity and redistributing tasks as needed.
• Track & Report Progress using project tracking reports and update stakeholders.
• Optimize Processes by identifying bottlenecks and implementing improvements.
• Facilitate Communication as the main touchpoint for internal teams with regular status updates.
