Job summary

Oaklawn is seeking a Remote Customer Service Representative to serve as the main liaison for clients, handling inquiries about insurance sales, benefits, and general accounts from home.

You will conduct outbound calls to promote services, support sales administration, and analyze client data to improve service delivery. Multilingual ability is a plus; comprehensive training will be provided for remote work success.

Qualifications

• Experience in outside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing focused on customer interaction.
• Strong negotiation and multilingual communication skills.
• Familiarity with sales administration and data analysis.
• Knowledge of insurance sales or benefits administration preferred.
• Excellent customer service and HIPAA understanding when handling sensitive information.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting with high productivity.
• Multilingual capabilities to serve diverse client populations.
