Job summary

Remote Talent LATAM is seeking a Remote Customer Service Representative to act as the primary client liaison from home. You will handle insurance sales inquiries, benefits administration, and general account questions, while conducting outbound calls to promote services and identify new opportunities.

Requirements include proven experience in outside or telemarketing sales, strong negotiation and multilingual communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting while

Qualifications

• Proven experience in outside or retail sales or telemarketing focused on customer interaction.
• Strong negotiation and communication abilities; multilingual helpful.
• Familiarity with sales administration processes and data interpretation.
• Knowledge of insurance sales or benefits administration desired.
• Excellent customer service and HIPAA awareness for handling sensitive information.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting with high productivity.

Responsibilities

• Serve as main liaison for clients via multiple channels.
