Hire Hangar, Inc. is hiring a Training & Onboarding Specialist to guide marketing teams from first login to confident usage of a modern workflow automation platform. You’ll run onboarding programs, lead client training sessions, and create resources that simplify adoption.

This role suits someone with marketing operations or customer success background and a knack for teaching. Remote role with US Time Zone coverage.

Qualificações

2+ years in marketing operations, onboarding, or enablement, ideally in SaaS or agency environments.
Proficiency with HubSpot or other CRM/automation platforms.
Proficiency in SQL and Python is required.
Strong communication skills and experience running client-facing training or workshops.
Understanding of SEO and content marketing.
Passion for teaching, enabling, and helping clients succeed.

Responsabilidades

Deliver customer onboarding and training programs for enterprise clients.
Lead workshops and cohorts that help teams master workflows.
Translate technical concepts into clear, practical guidance for marketing users.
Build and refine enablement playbooks to ensure long-term adoption.
Support clients with CRM workflows, campaign automation, and reporting (HubSpot or similar).
