Job summary

Southline Roofing & Exteriors is seeking a Remote Customer Service Representative to manage client interactions from home. You will be the primary liaison for clients, handling inquiries about insurance sales, benefits, and accounts, while pursuing new sales opportunities through outbound outreach.

We value multilingual communication, strong negotiation, and independent work in a remote setting. Training and development are provided to support growth in sales and customer service competencies.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing with focus on customer interactions
• Strong negotiation skills and excellent communication in multiple languages; bilingual is a plus
• Familiarity with sales administration processes and ability to interpret client data
• Knowledge of insurance sales or benefits administration is highly desirable
• Understanding of HIPAA regulations when handling sensitive information
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting and stay productive

Responsibilities

• Act as the main liaison for clients through various channels
• Manage client inquiries related to insurance sales, benefits, and general account questions
• Conduct outbound telemarketing to promote services and identify new sales opportunities
