Job summary

Assurant Services Argentina, S.A. is hiring a Claims Support Associate to assist customers, call centers, and internal teams by processing requests via chat, email, fax, or outbound calls.

You will be adept at using knowledge bases and documented processes to resolve claims correctly the first time. Responsibilities include researching contract details, handling inbound/outbound contacts, and helping with payments when needed, all while maintaining strong customer service in a remote work

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year call center experience.
• Minimum of 1 year customer service experience is required.
• Experience handling inbound/outbound calls and processing claims is required.
• Experience navigating multiple applications and documenting outcomes is required.
• Must have proven ability to be productive in a remote environment.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to de-escalate in difficult situations.

Responsibilities

• Inbound contacts: research customer contract information, case history, servicer notes, and Compass process documentation.
• Outbound calls: follow up with customers or internal departments to obtain information needed to resolve requests.
• Other: provide feedback on trends, process improvements, and may assist in frontline calls during service level jeopardy.
