Qualifications

• 10+ years of FP&A, corporate finance, or analytical finance experience.
• Experience leading a finance function and reporting to a CEO and board.
• Experience as a CFO or VP of Finance reporting to a CEO and board.
• Experience with NetSuite, a planning tool, and a BI tool.
• Strong written and spoken English for daily work with US teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field, or an equivalent professional qualification.

Responsibilities

• Lead the finance function and the company's financial strategy.
• Oversee capital raising and debt processes, from model to diligence.
• Manage accounting, FP&A, and tax functions.
• Own audit, controls, and the audit committee relationship.
• Present to the board and investors.
• Build the finance team, systems, and controls for growth.
