• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field.
• +3 years of relevant clinical monitoring experience (remote or on-site CRA).
• +2 years in a Lead role.
• Advanced knowledge of ICH GCP and relevant local regulations; strong English communication.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Centralized Monitoring team and oversee global projects as per protocol and SOPs.
• Manage study metrics, trend analysis, and action planning for clinical studies.
• Mentor junior staff and ensure quality documentation and audit readiness.
