IQVIA is seeking a Centralized Monitoring Lead for LATAM, coordinating the monitoring strategy across multiple countries from a remote setup. You will oversee clinical deliverables, ensure compliance with ICH GCP, and mentor junior staff while collaborating with global teams.

The role requires a life sciences degree, 3+ years in clinical monitoring (remote or on-site), and 2+ years in a lead capacity, with excellent English communication and strong organizational skills.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field.
• +3 years of relevant clinical monitoring experience (remote or on-site).
• +2 years in a Lead role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills including advanced command of English (Mandatory).
• Strong organizational, problem solving and decision making skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Centralized Monitoring team and oversee clinical deliverables on global projects.
• Act as Clinical Lead when needed and manage study resources (CRAs, Central Monitors, CTAs).
• Develop monitoring strategies and RBM tools, and ensure audit-ready documentation.
