• Strong written and verbal communication skills including advanced command of English (Mandatory).
• +3 years of relevant clinical monitoring experience (remote or on-site CRA).
• +2 years in a Lead role.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Centralized Monitoring team and partner with project/clinical leads to ensure delivery per contract.
• Oversee clinical deliverables and manage IP; identify risks and mitigation.
• Mentor junior staff and coordinate resources across global projects.
• Develop monitoring strategies and RBM tools; ensure documentation is audit-ready.
• Attend study team and client meetings and drive continuous process improvements.
