IQVIA is seeking a Centralized Monitoring Lead (Remote) to oversee the centralized monitoring team and ensure delivery excellence across LATAM and global projects. The role requires strong leadership and collaboration with project and clinical leads, ensuring compliance with SOPs and regulatory guidelines.

The candidate should have a life sciences background, 3+ years in clinical monitoring, and 2+ years in lead roles, with excellent English communication.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field.
• +3 years of relevant clinical monitoring experience (remote or on site CRA).
• +2 years in a Lead role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills including advanced command of English (Mandatory).
• Strong organizational, problem solving and decision making skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Centralized Monitoring team and oversee deliverables across global projects.
• Manage resources (CRAs/Central Monitors/CTAs/CMAs) and coordinate activities.
• Monitor study/site metrics and develop analytics strategies.
• Attend study team and client meetings.
• Mentor junior staff and promote continuous process improvements.
• Ensure complete documentation and eTMF readiness for audits.
