Syneos Health, Inc. is seeking a Centralized Monitoring Lead in LATAM for a remote role across multiple countries. The leader will drive global project delivery, oversee the Centralized Monitoring team, and ensure high-quality clinical data and compliance with SOPs.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, 3+ years in clinical monitoring, and 2+ years in a lead role, with strong English communication. Remote work is embraced across LATAM.

Formación

• B.S. in life sciences or related field is required.
• Experience in clinical monitoring and regulatory knowledge (ICH GCP) is expected.
• Leadership experience in a remote or global project environment.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Centralized Monitoring team and oversee global projects per protocol and SOPs.
• Act as Unblinded Clinical Lead and manage IP oversight and risk mitigation.
• Coordinate resources (CRAs, central monitors, and trial staff).
• Develop monitoring strategies, analytics, and RBM tools for study teams.
• Ensure documentation, eTMF readiness, and audit readiness.
• Mentor junior staff and support study team decision making.
