IQVIA is seeking a Centralized Monitoring Lead for LATAM with remote work options. You will oversee the Centralized Monitoring team, ensure compliance with ICH GCP and project SOPs, and collaborate with project and clinical leads to meet contractual objectives.

Responsibilities include risk management, resource leadership, trend analysis, and development of analytics strategies. Strong English skills and prior lead experience are mandatory.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field.
• +3 years of relevant clinical monitoring experience (as remote or on site CRA). Advanced knowledge of ICH GCP and relevant local laws, regulations and guidelines.
• +2 years in a Lead role.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Centralized Monitoring team and oversee clinical deliverables per protocol, SOPs, and regulations.
• Act as Unblinded Clinical Lead and manage IPs and risk mitigation.
• Mentor junior staff and coach team members.
• Manage resources (CRAs, Central Monitors, CTA, CAMs) across global projects.
• Monitor study/site metrics and analyze trends to drive action plans.
• Contribute to analytics strategy and RBM tools development.
• Support monitoring strategy development and study team meetings.
• Ensure complete documentation and audit readiness (eTMF).
• Collaborate to continually improve processes and issue escalation.
