IQVIA is seeking a Centralized Monitoring Lead for LATAM on a remote basis. The role partners with project and clinical leads to ensure delivery aligns with contract, SOPs, and regulatory guidelines.

You will oversee the Centralized Monitoring team, manage resources, and drive analytics and monitoring strategy across global projects. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in clinical monitoring (remote or on-site), 2+ years in a lead role, and excellent English communication.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field is required.
• 3+ years of clinical monitoring experience with remote or on-site CRA responsibilities.
• 2+ years in a Lead role with team oversight responsibilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (mandatory).
• Strong organizational, problem solving and decision-making abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Centralized Monitoring team and collaborate with project/clinical leads to meet contract objectives.
• Act as Unblinded Clinical Lead when required and manage IP-related tasks.
• Oversee resources (CRAs, Central Monitors, CTAs, Centralized Monitoring Assistants).
• Monitor study/site metrics, trend analysis, and action planning for quality and compliance.
• Contribute to analytics strategy and development of advanced analytics.
• Support monitoring strategy development including triggers and thresholds.
• Attend team and client meetings and facilitate continuous process improvements.
