IQVIA is seeking a Centralized Monitoring Lead for LATAM on a remote basis. The role leads the Centralized Monitoring team, partnering with project and clinical leads to ensure delivery, quality, and cost efficiency across global projects in accordance with IQVIA SOPs and regulatory requirements.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in clinical monitoring, 2+ years in a lead role, and strong English communication.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field.
• +3 years of relevant clinical monitoring experience (as remote or on site CRA) with knowledge of ICH GCP and local regulations.
• +2 years in a Lead role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills including advanced command of English (Mandatory).
• Strong organizational, problem solving and decision making skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Centralized Monitoring team and oversee clinical deliverables per protocol and SOPs.
• Manage project resources (CRAs/ Central Monitors/ CTAs/ Centralized Monitoring Assistants).
• Develop monitoring strategy and advanced analytics for studies.
• Monitor study/site metrics and trend analysis; act on deviations.
• Attend study team and client meetings.
• Provide inputs to study teams and drive continuous improvements.
• Mentor junior staff.
