IQVIA is seeking a Centralized Monitoring Lead for LATAM to work remotely across Argentina, Brazil, Peru, Colombia, and beyond. You will guide the centralized monitoring strategy, oversee global study deliverables, and mentor staff to ensure quality and compliance with ICH GCP guidelines.

The role requires 3+ years in clinical monitoring, 2+ years in a lead capacity, and strong English communication. You will collaborate with project teams to optimize speed, quality, and cost, while maintaining

Formación

Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field.
+3 years of clinical monitoring experience (remote or on-site CRA).
+2 years in a Lead role.
Advanced knowledge of ICH GCP and applicable clinical regulations.
Strong English communication skills are mandatory.
Ability to manage multiple global projects and priorities.

Responsabilidades

Lead the Centralized Monitoring team and oversee clinical deliverables on global projects.
Serve as Unblinded Clinical Lead and manage IP for assigned studies.
Mentor junior staff and coach team members.
Develop monitoring strategy, triggers, and RBM tools.
Coordinate with project and clinical leads to optimize delivery speed, quality and cost.
Ensure documentation readiness and eTMF oversight.
Attend study team and client meetings.
