IQVIA seeks a Centralized Monitoring Lead for LATAM, enabling remote collaboration across Argentina, Brazil, Peru, Colombia and other LATAM sites. You will partner with project and clinical leads to ensure delivery aligns with contract, SOPs and regulatory guidelines, while optimizing speed, quality and cost.

The role requires 3+ years in clinical monitoring, 2+ years in a lead position, and strong English communication.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field.
• +3 years of relevant clinical monitoring experience (remote or on-site).
• +2 years in a Lead role.
• Strong written and verbal English communication (mandatory).
• ICH GCP knowledge and applicable regulatory requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee Centralized Monitoring team and deliverables on global projects.
• Serve as Unblinded Clinical Lead, manage IP and mitigation actions.
• Potentially act as Clinical Lead at project closeout.
• Manage project resources (CRAs, central monitors, CTAs, centralized monitoring staff).
• Monitor and trend study/site metrics, drive action plans.
