Yo Ai Labs is seeking a Centralized Monitoring Lead for a fully remote, full-time role covering LATAM. You will lead the Centralized Monitoring team, collaborating with project and clinical leads to ensure delivery per contract while optimizing speed, quality and cost of delivery and in line with IQVIA SOPs.

You will manage study metrics, support monitoring strategy development, and mentor junior staff while ensuring rigorous documentation and audit readiness.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field.
• +3 years of relevant clinical monitoring experience (remote or on-site).
• +2 years in a Lead role.
• Advanced command of English (Mandatory).
• Knowledge of ICH GCP and local regulations.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Centralized Monitoring team and oversee clinical deliverables per protocol and SOPs.
• Perform analytical monitoring including trend analysis and action planning.
• Contribute to monitoring strategy and RBM tools; attend client meetings.
• Manage resources: CRAs, Central Monitors, CTAs, and CMAs.
• Mentor junior staff and ensure audit-ready documentation.
