IQVIA seeks a Centralized Monitoring Lead for LATAM on a remote, full-time basis. You will oversee the Centralized Monitoring team, partner with project and clinical leads, and drive delivery quality while controlling costs in accordance with IQVIA SOPs.

You will mentor junior staff, manage global project resources, and help develop analytics strategy and RBM tools. Strong English and leadership are required.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field.
• +3 years of relevant clinical monitoring experience (remote or on site).
• +2 years in a Lead role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills including advanced command of English (Mandatory).

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Centralized Monitoring team and oversee clinical deliverables per protocol and SOPs.
• Identify risks and mitigation strategies, including IP management and regulatory considerations.
• Manage project resources (CRAs, Central Monitors, CTAs, Centralized Monitoring staff).
• Develop analytics strategies and RBM tools; monitor study metrics and trends.
• Provide inputs to clinical study teams and drive continuous process improvements.
