IQVIA is seeking a Centralized Monitoring Lead to oversee global studies from a remote LATAM location. You will partner with project and clinical leads to deliver high-quality results within timelines and budgets, while ensuring compliance with IQVIA SOPs and regulatory requirements.

You will mentor junior staff, manage cross-functional resources, and help develop analytics-driven monitoring strategies that improve quality and efficiency across multiple international projects.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field.
• +3 years of relevant clinical monitoring experience (remote or on site CRA).
• +2 years in a Lead role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills including advanced command of English (Mandatory).
• Strong organizational, problem solving and decision making skills.
• Results and detail-oriented approach to work delivery and output.
• Excellent motivational, influencing, negotiating and coaching skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Centralized Monitoring team and oversee clinical deliverables per protocol, SOPs and regulations.
• Manage resources (CRAs, central monitors, trial assistants).
• Monitor study/site metrics and develop analytics strategies for monitoring.
