IQVIA seeks a Centralized Monitoring Lead to drive oversight of clinical deliverables across global projects from a remote LATAM location. You will partner with project and clinical leads to optimize speed, quality and cost, while adhering to IQVIA SOPs and regulatory guidelines.

The role requires 3+ years in clinical monitoring leadership, strong analytics, and excellent English communication. This position supports global studies and RBM strategy, with remote collaboration across multiple time

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field.
• +3 years of relevant clinical monitoring experience (remote or on-site CRA).
• +2 years in a Lead role.
• Strong written and verbal English communication (Mandatory).

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Centralized Monitoring team and oversee clinical deliverables on global projects.
• Act as Clinical Lead when needed; manage IP and study risk mitigation.
• Coordinate resources including CRAs, Central Monitors, and clinical staff.
• Develop monitoring strategy and RBM tools; support analytics development.
• Attend study team or client meetings and drive process improvements.
