IQVIA is seeking a Centralized Monitoring Lead for LATAM with remote work options. You will lead the Centralized Monitoring team, ensure delivery of clinical study objectives, and collaborate with project and clinical leads to optimize speed, quality, and cost in accordance with SOPs and regulations.

Strong leadership and English skills are mandatory. You will oversee risk management, IP handling, and RBM analytics while guiding junior staff and coordinating global resources across sites.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field is required.
• +3 years of relevant clinical monitoring experience (remote or on-site).
• +2 years in a Lead role with strong organizational and decision-making skills.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication required.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Centralized Monitoring team and oversee clinical deliverables on global projects.
• Act as Unblinded Clinical Lead and manage IPs, risk, and mitigation.
• Mentor junior staff and coordinate resources across CRAs and monitors.
• Develop analytics strategy and RBM tools; support monitoring strategy and thresholds.
• Ensure documentation and audit readiness for the study.
