IQVIA is seeking a Centralized Monitoring Lead in LATAM for remote work across multiple countries. You will partner with project and clinical leads to deliver study objectives in compliance with SOPs and regulations, while optimizing speed, quality and cost.

Responsibilities include leading the Centralized Monitoring team, overseeing clinical deliverables, risk management, metrics analysis, RBM tools, study documentation, and mentoring junior staff.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field.
• +3 years of clinical monitoring experience (remote or on-site CRA).
• +2 years in a Lead role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills including advanced English.
• Ability to lead and work in a team.
• Strong organizational, problem solving and decision making skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Centralized Monitoring team and oversee clinical deliverables across global projects.
• Develop monitoring strategy and analytics to improve speed, quality, and cost.
• Mentor junior staff and support RBM tools and templates.
• Coordinate with project and clinical leads and attend study meetings.
• Ensure documentation is audit-ready including eTMF oversight.
