IQVIA is seeking a Centralized Monitoring Lead for a remote LATAM role. You will coordinate the global monitoring strategy, collaborate with project and clinical leads, and optimize speed, quality and cost in line with SOPs and client contracts.

You will mentor junior staff, manage resources (CRAs and monitors), analyze study metrics, participate in client meetings, and ensure audit-ready documentation across multiple LATAM sites.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field.
• +3 years of remote or on-site clinical monitoring experience.
• +2 years in a lead role.
• Advanced English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Detail-oriented with results-driven work style.
• Excellent motivational, influencing, negotiating and coaching skills.
• Ability to manage multiple global projects and priorities.
• Proven team leadership and collaboration capabilities.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Centralized Monitoring team and oversee clinical deliverables across global projects.
• Serve as Unblinded Clinical Lead and manage IPs, risk, and mitigations.
• May act as Clinical Lead when needed and assist at project close.
• Manage project resources including CRAs, Central Monitors, and assistants.
• Monitor study/site metrics, perform trend analysis, and action plans.
• Contribute to analytics strategy and develop advanced analytics.
• Support monitoring strategy development with triggers and thresholds.
• Attend study team and client meetings.
• Provide input to study teams and senior decision-makers.
• Develop study management plans and RBM tools/templates.
• Ensure documentation is audit-ready with eTMF oversight.
• Mentor or coach junior staff.
