IQVIA is seeking a Centralized Monitoring Lead for LATAM, operating remotely to partner with project and clinical leads and deliver study objectives with optimal speed, quality and cost, in alignment with IQVIA SOPs.

The role requires leading the monitoring team across global projects, overseeing RBM tools, analytics, and study management, while ensuring robust documentation and audit readiness.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field.
• +3 years of relevant clinical monitoring experience (as remote or on site CRA).
• +2 years in a Lead role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills including advanced command of English (Mandatory).
• Strong organizational, problem solving and decision making skills.
• Results and detail-oriented approach to work delivery and output.
• Excellent motivational, influencing, negotiating and coaching skills.
• Ability to work on multiple global projects and manage competing priorities.
• To lead team and effectively work in team.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Centralized Monitoring team and partner with the project and clinical lead to oversee deliverables per protocol and regulatory guidelines.
• Serve as Unblinded Clinical Lead, including IP management and mitigation planning.
• Possibly act as Clinical Lead when not assigned and at project closeout.
• Manage project resources including CRAs, Central Monitors, and support staff.
• Monitor study/site metrics, trend analysis, and action planning.
• Contribute to analytics strategy and development of advanced analytics.
• Support monitoring strategy development and RBM tools.
• Attend study team and client meetings and provide inputs for process improvements.
• Develop study management plans and ensure documentation readiness and audit readiness.
• Mentor or coach junior staff.
