IQVIA is seeking a Centralized Monitoring Lead for LATAM to oversee global clinical monitoring activities from a remote LATAM base. You will partner with project and clinical leads to achieve project objectives, optimize speed, quality, and cost, and ensure compliance with ICH GCP and local regulations.

This senior role includes mentoring junior staff and coordinating across multiple regions. You will lead a team of CRAs and Central Monitors, manage study metrics, and contribute to analytics

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field.
• +3 years of relevant clinical monitoring experience (remote or on-site CRA).
• +2 years in a Lead role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills including advanced English (Mandatory).
• Strong organizational, problem solving and decision making skills.
• Results- and detail-oriented approach to work delivery and output.
• Excellent motivational, influencing, negotiating and coaching skills.
• Ability to work on multiple global projects and manage competing priorities.
• Ability to lead team and work effectively in a team.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Centralized Monitoring team, partnering with project and clinical leads to oversee deliverables per protocol and regulatory guidelines.
• Unblinded Clinical Lead responsibilities including IP management and risk mitigation.
• May act as Clinical Lead when not assigned to a study and during project closeout.
• Manage project resources (CRAs, Central Monitors, Clinical Trial Assistants, Centralized Monitoring Assistants).
• Monitor and trend study/site metrics and share action plans.
• Contribute to analytics strategy and development of advanced analytics.
• Support monitoring strategy development, including triggers and thresholds.
• Attend study team and client meetings.
• Provide input to study teams and key decision makers for process improvements.
• Develop and maintain study management plans and RBM tools.
