Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a Centralized Monitoring Lead for LATAM, working remotely across Argentina and other LatAm countries. The role partners with project and clinical leads to ensure timely delivery, quality, and cost control in line with IQVIA SOPs and regulatory requirements.

You will oversee monitoring activities, mentor staff, and contribute to analytics strategies on global trials. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in clinical monitoring, 2+ years in a lead role, and strong English

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of clinical monitoring experience (remote or on-site) with good regulatory understanding.
• At least 2 years in a Lead role with team oversight and mentorship experience.
• Excellent written and verbal English; effective communication across global teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Centralized Monitoring team in global projects, ensuring protocol compliance and sponsor satisfaction.
• Oversee IP management, risk identification, and mitigation strategies for assigned studies.
• Mentor junior staff and coordinate resources across CRA/monitoring roles.
• Develop monitoring strategies, triggers, and RBM tools aligned with study plans.
• Ensure documentation quality and audit readiness, including eTMF oversight.
