Smart Apartment Data is seeking a self-directed Business Analyst to lead projects from start to finish and turn business information into clear, practical recommendations.

This role combines project management with data analysis. You’ll own initiatives end-to-end, coordinate multiple teams, validate data, identify trends and risks, and present leadership-ready findings. Remote position based in Latin America or Europe, Monday–Friday 8 AM–5 PM CT.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in business analysis, project management, operations analysis, or a similar role.
• A track record of independently leading projects from start to finish.
• Ability to read and interpret business data and draw practical conclusions.
• Comfortable using Excel or Google Sheets to organize and analyze information; advanced SQL or BI expertise is not required.
• Clear and concise written and spoken English.
• Strong stakeholder management, organization, and follow-through.
• Self-directed and comfortable working in a remote environment.
• Based in Latin America or Europe.
• Available Monday through Friday, 8 AM–5 PM U.S. Central Time.

Responsibilities

• Own projects end to end, including planning, timelines, owners, deliverables, and completion.
• Coordinate stakeholders across teams and keep projects moving.
• Gather, organize, and validate business data from across the company.
• Analyze operational, financial, customer, product, and market data for trends, gaps, and risks.
• Turn findings into clear recommendations for leadership.
• Document requirements, decisions, processes, and project updates.
