Bluelightconsulting is seeking a seasoned Business Analyst to translate client problems into actionable requirements. You’ll bridge clients, product, and engineers, run discovery, map processes, and write user stories with acceptance criteria in Jira.

You’ll collaborate with UI/UX designers in Figma, help prioritize backlogs, and ensure alignment with SOC 2, security, and data considerations across diverse projects for North American and LATAM clients.

Formación

• 3+ years as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or similar role on software projects.
• Strong experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria in an agile/Scrum environment.

Responsabilidades

• Lead stakeholder interviews and workshops with clients and internal teams to understand goals and pain points.
• Document current-state and future-state processes, rules, data definitions and edge cases.
• Write clear user stories with testable acceptance criteria in Jira and groom the backlog with the Product Manager.
• Collaborate with UI/UX design in Figma to ensure flows match requirements and flag gaps.
• Answer engineering questions during the sprint and keep requirements current as decisions are made.
• Support sprint demos and coordinate user acceptance testing with clients.
• Keep requirements docs organized in Google Drive for traceability.
• Ensure compliance, security, and SOC 2 considerations are captured as explicit requirements.
