Job summary

Geeks on Site is seeking a Billing & Revenue Operations Lead to oversee and improve our billing processes across multiple US-based entities. The role blends hands-on billing work with team leadership, focusing on accuracy, controls, and automation.

You will drive reconciliations, prevent revenue leakage, and partner with Accounting, Operations, Sales, and Collections to ensure timely invoicing and reliable revenue reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• 3-5+ years in billing or revenue operations or related financial ops.
• Experience supervising a team or leading billing ops.
• Strong understanding of billing processes, revenue controls, reconciliations.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills with pivot tables and lookups.
• Experience with accounting/ERP or billing platforms.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills in English.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate across departments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end billing operations for accuracy and timeliness.
• Lead and develop the Billing team with KPI tracking and coaching.
• Implement controls, standards, and automation for billing.
• Perform reconciliations between systems and accounting records.
• Collaborate with Accounting, Operations, Sales, and Collections.
• Support dispute resolution and cross-department communication.
