Sterlington is seeking a Billing Specialist to own invoicing and billing operations in a fast-paced, client-facing environment. This role sits at the center of revenue operations, collaborating with partners, finance, and client teams to ensure invoices are accurate, timely, and aligned with client expectations.

You will maintain clean billing records, support month-end processes, resolve billing queries, and help improve processes while working fully remotely on US Eastern Time hours.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, or finance operations.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted billing tools and AI-augmented workflows.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experience with ERP or accounting systems and Excel.
• Ability to manage multiple invoices and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and issue invoices on time, including billable hours and client-specific terms.
• Validate billing details with partners and internal stakeholders before sending invoices.
• Track billing schedules and meet deadlines consistently.
• Review time entries, expenses, and data for accuracy and compliance.
• Resolve billing queries with internal teams and clients.
