Lever, Inc. is seeking an experienced Lead QA Engineer to own quality for our billing platform. This role focuses on end-to-end testing of rating, invoicing, tax calculations, and revenue assurance, with emphasis on governance, coverage, and collaboration with Product.

You will lead test strategy, review suites, and mentor engineers while reading SIP traces when needed; remote work is possible for LATAM candidates. Strong English required and advanced SQL skills are essential.

Formación

• 8+ years in QA, incl. hands-on work with production billing, rating, or payments.

Responsabilidades

• Own test strategy for billing: rating, mediation, invoicing, taxation, payments, credits, dunning, and billing hierarchies.
• Design and document test coverage for month-end cycles, time zones, reruns, partial failures, and retry safety.
• Perform revenue-assurance testing: reconcile CDR volumes against invoiced amounts and quantify discrepancies.
• Trace billing discrepancies to root cause across rating, mediation, and switch sides; read SIP traces when needed.
• Enforce the requirement intake gate with testable acceptance criteria; set documentation standards and traceability.
