ELEKS Quality Assurance Office in Argentina is seeking an experienced Test Manager to lead QA initiatives across multiple products for a major US health insurer.

You will define testing strategies, oversee functional and regression testing, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and mentor junior testers while driving automation efforts within CI/CD environments. Strong communication and leadership are essential to manage priorities and deliver high-quality software.

Formación

• 5–7 years in software testing and QA, with at least 3 years in leadership.
• Proven experience in test strategy across complex multi-product environments.
• Hands-on in functional and regression testing; test planning and reporting.
• Experience with defect management and impact analysis for testing demands.
• Strong knowledge of QA methodologies and automation patterns.

Responsabilidades

• Create and maintain project automation test strategy.
• Maintain automation development and test processes; coordinate with PM.
• Define automation scope, plan, schedule, and measure impact.
• Plan automation QC activities, assess objectives and risks.
• Initiate automation tests, review results, plan corrective actions.
• Adapt automation planning to progress and issues.
• Setup testware configuration management to maintain traceability.
• Introduce metrics to measure automation progress and quality.
• Establish environments for automation testing; report status.
