Job summary

Bionic Talent seeks a detail-oriented Paralegal to support a US immigration and family-based law practice. This fully remote role requires hands-on experience with US immigration matters and familiarity with case management systems.

The candidate should have a law degree or attorney experience from their home country, strong English communication, and the ability to manage multiple remote cases with strict deadlines. Salary is USD 1,200–1,600 per month, with US federal holidays observed.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience as a US Immigration Paralegal.
Strong experience with US family-based immigration cases.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and deadline management.

Responsibilities

Prepare and review immigration petitions, applications, supporting documents, and legal correspondence.
Support family-based immigration matters, including family petitions, adjustment of status, and consular processing.
Collect, review, and organize client documents and supporting evidence.
Track case deadlines, USCIS notices, filing requirements, and RFEs.
Communicate with clients to collect information and missing documentation.
Conduct legal research and prepare case summaries as needed.
Maintain organized and accurate case files and case management records.
Work closely with attorneys to ensure cases are prepared accurately and submitted on time.
