Qualifications

• Studies: Law degree or current enrollment in law school.
• Experience with USA Personal Injury law is required.
• Some experience with Property Damage claims is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to the Pre-Litigation and Property Damage department.
• Set up claims and follow up on coverage and policy limits.
• Draft LORs.
• Send Welcome Letters to clients.
• Relabeling file documents and securing clean client records.
• Order police reports and medical records; send referrals.
• Handle Property Damage matters and assist with claim resolution.
• Manage client communications and case load under attorney supervision.
