BruntWork is seeking a bilingual Spanish/English Dental Billing & Claims Specialist to manage dental claims and billing for a US healthcare practice. You will prepare and submit claims, verify insurance coverage, and communicate with patients about charges and questions in both languages.

This remote, full-time role follows Pacific Time hours. A background of 1–3 years in US dental billing and CDT coding is required, with strong attention to detail, solid data-entry skills, and excellent

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of US dental billing and coding experience.
• CDT coding knowledge required.
• Ability to verify insurance and track claims.
• Experience with EOBs and posting payments.
• Excellent documentation and data-entry skills.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, submit, and track dental claims to insurance.
• Follow up on unpaid or denied claims and resolve discrepancies.
• Verify patient coverage and eligibility for dental services.
• Oversee charge entry, claims submission, payment posting, AR follow-up.
• Explain charges and answer billing questions to patients.
