Edge is seeking healthcare support professionals based in Peru to assist U.S. healthcare practices with administrative and clinical coordination. The role blends front-end and back-end support, helping patients and providers navigate scheduling, billing, and insurance workflows.

Ideal candidates will have direct experience with U.S. health insurance processes, eligibility verification, and prior authorizations, and will communicate effectively in English and Spanish, both verbally and in writing.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
• Hands-on experience supporting U.S. healthcare practices or insurance processes.
• Strong customer service orientation and attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Handle English and Spanish patient communications (inbound/outbound).
• Schedule appointments and assist with patient intake and front-desk tasks.
• Verify health insurance eligibility and benefits for U.S. payer portals.
• Obtain prior authorizations and track referrals with carriers.
