BMG Virtual Partners is seeking an accounting professional to support the company’s financial administration and bookkeeping. This contractor role involves maintaining accurate records and handling day-to-day accounting tasks for clients and internal teams.

You will enter transactions, issue invoices, prepare financial statements, perform reconciliations, close monthly/quarterly/annual books, and ensure compliance.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or similar.
• 2–3 years of accounting or financial administration experience.
• Strong GAAP knowledge and cost accounting.
• Advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken.
• Experience with QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with ERP platforms, preferably SAP.

Mansioni

• Enter and review financial transactions, ensuring records are properly documented and up to date.
• Prepare customer invoices, track billing information, and handle incoming expense documentation.
• Compile financial statements and reports to support business planning and budget monitoring.
• Perform regular reconciliations of bank statements, credit card accounts, and general ledger balances.
• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities.
• Review financial data to identify inconsistencies, investigate discrepancies, and recommend improvements.
• Maintain organized financial documentation and ensure accounting records meet applicable reporting requirements.
• Handle sensitive financial and client information with discretion and confidentiality.
• Provide administrative and operational assistance to the team when necessary.
