Howard is seeking a detail-oriented Accountant with 2–3 years of experience to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have a rock-solid accounting foundation, advanced QuickBooks proficiency, and strong English communication skills.

In this role, you will manage day-to-day accounting, assist with monthly closings, and ensure compliance, while collaborating with native English-speaking stakeholders across borders.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of hands-on accounting experience.
• Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks (Online or Desktop).
• Fluent/native English communication (verbal and written).
• Solid knowledge of GAAP or IFRS.

Responsibilities

• Maintain general ledger entries and A/P/A/R with QuickBooks.
• Assist with monthly closings and prepare trial balances.
• Produce timely financial statements for management.
